From the South
Highway 400 from Toronto to Highway 11 at Barrie.  Follow Highway 11 North and enter Ontario's Near North travel area at Novar, 150 miles north of Toronto.

From the West
Follow Highway 17 East from Sault Ste. Marie and enter Ontario's Near North travel area at the Town of Warren, 223 miles east of Sault Ste. Marie.

From the East
Follow Highway 17 West from Ottawa and enter Ontario's Near North travel area at Mattawa, 190 miles west of Ottawa.

From the North
Travel south on Highway 11 and enter Ontario's Near North travel area at Temagami, 160 miles south of Timmins.
